Most fitness programs only focus on three physical skills for athleticism; Speed, Power, and Agility. At Lock Box, we focus the 10 General Physical Skills of Fitness to make sure our young athletes are working at their highest potential every day.

Our Program Design is one of a kind. Our system includes exercises and drills that will improve; Cardiovascular Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Accuracy, Coordination, Balance, and Agility . Designed by Head Coach PJ Stahl and Youth Performance Coach Matt Spencer your children will be working to achieve their personal best all the time. Our program focuses on developing your child's neuromuscular patterns and teaching them full functional movements while maximizing their potential on all performance platforms.

Owner, PJ Stahl , utilizes over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry, extensive education in kinesiology, and numerous national certifications to provide an elite level of service. His knowledge and understanding of exercise physiology and creating results-oriented programs has made his services in demand from professional athletes (MLS, AVP, NFL, NHL, & MLB) to many in the entertainment industry.

Facility:

Our 7,500 square foot facility has 2 studios and is outfitted with top of the line equipment from American Barbell and GP Industries. We have created the ideal environment for optimal training that breeds results.

Whether you have a child focusing on sports or just trying to become more active, this program is designed to improve the human body. Completing this program will provide young athletes with fundamental movement pattern training and measureable performance results.

MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY 4:00 – 5:00PM

CLASS PACKAGES AND PRICING:

1 CLASS = $75.00

10 CLASSES ($25/CLASS) $250.00

*Must complete all 10 classes within the attended 6-week program.

UNLIMITED 6-WEEK PACKAGE ($20/CLASS) $3600.00
