Rhett grew up playing a wide range of sports from soccer and lacrosse, to boxing and track. Raised in Seattle, surrounded by water and mountains, he has a love for the outdoors not limited to snowboarding, backpacking, and kayaking. His interest in sports performance training was sparked at 15 when he began working with a strength and conditioning specialist to build his strength and speed in preparation for an international soccer tournament in Brazil. Rhett has 8 years of experience in strength and conditioning training.
