“Fitness isn’t just fun, it’s fundamental.” - Tzarina Longfellow

Tzarina Longfellow’s adventure in fitness began as a multi-sport athlete in high school. During her professional career, she became enamored with the literal and transformative power of weightlifting and bodybuilding. Working with top trainers at Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach, Tzarina eventually became a natural figure competitor. In her pursuit of becoming a more well-rounded athlete she also looked to yoga, Pilates and kickboxing. But it wasn’t until she launched her first wall ball in CrossFit that she finally understood the true meaning of fitness. Now armed with functional strength, Tzarina has since tested American Ninja Warrior obstacles, is a regular CrossFit competitor and is now a veteran Spartan Racer, completing her first Spartan Trifecta in 2016.

As an entertainment industry veteran, Tzarina knows the toll that working long hours takes on one’s health and fitness. As a coach, Tzarina’s goal is to encourage her athletes to take care of themselves first so they can enjoy a long, active, healthier and more productive life.

When not driving her clients and athletes to pursue perfect form at Lock Box, Tzarina loves spending time with her husband, daughter, family and friends. Her mostly healthy lifestyle is best illustrated by her motto, “No Fry Left Behind.” Tzarina enjoys traveling, new adventures, cute shorts and drag queens.
